Your English Teacher: Episode 1 – Greetings

Greetings: "How's it going?"

In this video, students learn a number of greetings that mean the same, but above and beyond “How are you? I’m fine, thank you. And you?” They also learn how to respond with a number of expressions of how they are feeling: “Great, Good, Pretty good, Not bad, etc.,” and now to respond to the reply with “That’s good,” “I see,” and “That’s too bad. Finally, students learn how to throw the question back to the person initially asking the question with the expressions, “And you?,” “What about you?,” and “How about you?”
